Zásilkovna Delivery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
You can collect your parcel at one of more than 2,000 Zásilkovna / Packeta pick-up points.
Parcels are usually ready for collection on the second working day after dispatch within the Czech Republic. In Slovakia, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
Before going to collect your parcel, please wait for an SMS and e-mail confirming that your parcel is ready for pick-up.
Oversized parcels containing a product with one side measuring 75 cm or more cannot be sent via Zásilkovna. For this reason, this shipping option is automatically hidden by the system during checkout.
This is clearly the most affordable shipping method within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia.
PPL Home Delivery
Your parcel will normally be delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., usually within 24 hours after dispatch.
Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by payment card. Every PPL driver is equipped with a card payment terminal.
PPL will always inform you by e-mail the day before delivery.
On the day of delivery, an SMS will be sent to the phone number you provided, including an estimated two-hour delivery window, for example 1:00–3:00 p.m. The SMS also includes the driver’s contact details, so you can arrange changes to the delivery directly with them.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be informed by e-mail or SMS, and the parcel will automatically be delivered again free of charge on the next working day.
If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, your parcel will be stored at the relevant depot for 7 days. To arrange a third delivery attempt, you must contact PPL.
You can track your parcel on www.ppl.cz, via the mobile website http://m.ppl.cz, or through the PPL CZ mobile app for iPhone or Android, available for download on the PPL website.
On www.ppl.cz, you can also use the delivery schedule to see the most likely delivery time for your parcel based on the delivery postcode.
